Port Perry Furnace Repair is an independent enquiry website at furnacerepairportperry.ca. It collects requests for furnace services in Port Perry, Ontario. It is not the contractor performing any work.

What the form collects

We collect the name, phone number or email address, postal code, selected service and optional details you submit, along with your consent and a request reference. We also record the time and the page used to submit the request.

How your request is used

Your information is used to handle your enquiry, prevent duplicates and abuse, and, where you consent, share a service request with a provider who may be able to help. Sending a form does not book a service, guarantee contact or create an emergency dispatch request.

The website’s agency uses Merged Media Lead Desk to manage requests. A provider’s handling of information after receiving it is subject to its own privacy practices. Website and privacy enquiries are handled as administrative requests.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s lead system and the agency’s access-controlled lead dashboard. The website’s source copy is retained for up to 180 days. A separate synchronization copy is cleared within seven days after successful delivery. Dashboard retention and deletion are managed by the agency.

Technical service providers support hosting and request storage. Information may be processed outside Canada. Access is limited to people and systems involved in handling and maintaining the enquiry service.

Cookies and abuse prevention

This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted with the site. To limit spam, the form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier rather than storing your raw IP address in the lead record. Hosting providers may process network information to deliver and secure the site.

Questions, corrections and removal

Use the site and privacy enquiry form to ask about your information, correct a request or request removal. Include your reference if available, but do not send identity documents or payment details.

We may need to verify that a request relates to your information before making changes. This form does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
